@exador23 yep... it won't... it matches the stream in "real-time"... when you change filter hit "clear messages" top right to purge old.
-
@exador23 my guess is the twitter search fired as you were typing in the filter box.. it uses it in real time (no "apply" button)...
-
@exador23 next release... There will be JustSignal user accounts and you will be able to select services. Didn't want to store rel 1...
-
@exador23 hey... it is beta... Let me know if you run into anything else...
-
@exador23 tried it... I'm actually getting nothing... ??
-
@exador23 do me a favor... go to Help link (top) and post there with screen shot. Thanks
-
@exador23 also, it does match on user... so that might be the hit as well.
-
@exador23 hmmm In a tweet is bolds the part that matched. Make sure you have "," between filter words.
-
@exador23 from twitter or FriendFeed?
-
@exador23 you might want to check this out. it lacks identi.ca but still usefull (my service) http://justsignal.com
-
has anyone determined the number of open files allowed on an EC2 instance?
-
@dustin I know if you reload with an open ajax request the NEXT request will hang on copletion of the one right before reload... that help?
-
@dustin wierd. As a rule the reload button is bad when using ajax. I'd have to see the web server log & debugging info in real time
-
@dustin AH... ok. Yeah, reload f's it up. The in process get is still out there and you get a hung browser right?
-
@dustin if there is always one active don't use ajaxStop... use ajaxComplete ... for long polling I always use .ajax with internal cllbacks
-
@dustin are you handlingthe error: case? if so what are you getting? Is it even firing?
-
@dustin nope... generally that only happens on timeout...
-
@dustin ok... thanks!
-
@dustin rough idea of users and number of api hits per user per hour?
-
@tychoish well... that is a matter of some debate :)
