     @and3k looks good to me. would be nice if the RD bit was enforced in code. eg all ! are converted to # unless it is !! when RT/RD/♻ found

     @skwashd hmm, imho that would be a bit much if identi.ca would force it on users, but for clients (gwibber & co) it could be a nice feature
