debating paying $199 for refurbed iPhone 3G & no new contract or $199 for new 4G & 2yr contract. Can try to fix or ebay but going away soon.

for the past 3 hours I read about pending amendments to USA Constitution. Apparently record keeping wasn't very good in early days of USA.
