Met the !moinmoin guys at #europython. Looks like v2 will be a perfect fit for our company. Would be great if we could help with testing.

@aurele @cwebber IMHO, bad timing, if going to !MoinMoin… 2.0 is "around the corner" and is _much_ better. Not yet stable, though

Want to setup a wiki that uses files and VCS as data storage... wikimatrix certainly helps in narrowing the field !debian #linux
-
@dwa, a little late, but do you know #dokuwiki? http://dokuwiki.org
-
@aracnus yes... looks good but I would also like to learn about git and a 'wiki generator' like ikiwiki seems well-suited for that
-
@tamasrepus thanks for the suggestion... using files as the storage medium means its easy to take another look later on, right? :-)

!MoinMoin 1.9.0 is available in !Fedora Rawhide, the upcoming Fedora 13. 1.8.6 is available in updates-testing for the current releases.
-

@tamasrepus yes, !MoinMoin is excellent. So far, the best wiki I've tried.
