    Using !ubuntu with !openbox is very simple and fast. If you like use command line, I think that's good choice for you. :-)

                  @alexs77 Copy buffer all but standardized as C-{X,C,V} except in terminal emulators where they have other meanings. Selection buffer varies.

                  @alexs77 Usually there is no keyboard shortcut for selection buffer at all, except in terminal emulators where it is usually shift-ins.
