            Two !raid arrays: 120 GB (mirror) "/" and 500 GB (mirror) for "/srv". Where to best put !httpd logs? On the system partition, right?

              @msanford: I don't partition much - partitions are restrictions - for stats: you can delete logs early! /srv seems logically fine to me!! :)

              Just created a !RAID array of three 2 GB USB flash drives in !Mac OS X just to see if it would work. It does! Though it's arguably useless.
