Disregard my previous solution to UFW/IPv6...it didn't work. Think I do have it "fixed" though.

Solution to allowing IPv6 (tunnel) through UFW: allow forwarding between interfaces by uncommenting /etc/ufw/sysctl.conf lines 10 and 11.

UFW and IPv6 still won't play nice on Ubuntu Karmic server. Set up HE IPv6 tunnel, allow SSH and WWW in UFW and enable, but IPv6 blocked.
