@evan My apologies. You are correct about OAuth. I have posted a correction. http://ur1.ca/rwj

@exador23 Would be interested in your thoughts on this blog post. http://ur1.ca/rmu
-
@evan Whew! Finally finished the post. http://ur1.ca/rmu Please feel free to comment!
-
@evan Ah.. sorry. Excuse the hyperbole. My point is merely that the use-case doesn't match OAuth's use case. I'm almost done. :)
-
@evan Thx... this blog post is turning into a project! :)
-
@evan Still working on the post about OAuth.
-
@evan Am I correct that Identi.ca (laconica) presently does not support "protected" updates, ala Twitter. Don't see it on my settings.
-
@evan I should have it done today. Stay tuned.
-
@exador23 Just curious if anyone else had noticed the same thing. I'm writing a blog post about it which I'll link here when I'm done. Thx.
-
@exador23 Has anyone written about the use of OAuth in OpenMicrobloggin Spec being totally inappropriate? Seems to me it is.
-
@exador23 I'm working on a WP extension for Open MicroBlogging. What's been happening with XMPP? Haven't seen much on the mail list.
-
@exador23 Hey, here I am on identi.ca. What's up with Obama team and protocols?
-
@ahynes1 Good Monday! Happy to meet you & daughter at the BBQ. Check your Twitter DMs for a message from me.
-
@exador23 Thx for ptr to interesting reading about open source for defense software procurement. Dear DoD, Like... Duh-uh. :)
-
@danpatterson Hi Dan. yes you can install the laconica open-source SW on your own server. It's not easy at this point, tho.
-
@raster Heh.. for a second I thought you said BeerCampMilwaukee. You see how that would fit, though, right? :)
-
@rojopelo @tapps Hi, ladies! :) Did you see that your PushMyFollow show is up? http://pushmyfollow.com
-
@hmason You still in NYC this week?
-
@juliagoolia Hi there! It may take a while for this to catch on, if ever, but at least it works, and they're responsive to users. :)
