@kragen the results are close to what I learned from the Cochrane meta-analysis—exercise several times a week can reduce 1-2 kg in a year.

@zooko Wednesday was 30km of biking in traffic over 3 hours, plus about 45 min. dancing contact, which involves a lot of heavy lifting.

@zooko I had plateaued at 97-99kg during a couple of weeks of no dancing. This week I'm back to dancing, some, and seeing new lows <97kg.

@zooko Awesome, thanks! This particular trial involves "exercise" at <4h/week, though. I got that much Wednesday night. Down >10kg so far.
