Been using the internet for my banking needs for so long I have forgotten how shocking service is in South Africa.

how long can it take a bank to answer their phones? So far 15 minutes and counting. All those "sevice fees" and no service.

google + is like the love child of facebook and twitter. Got much more interaction on g+ than facebook but not limited to 160 char.
