OE is end to end with chat and IM. Not likely for e-mail b/c both parties need to be logged in at once in order for switching to work.

Dear #choqok, why not use the vmc model? Then a message would only have to be marked read once, no matter if it is in more views! !kde

@samatjain: Doubtful. I think it's just too much processing to go back that far. You should use before_id/since_id, not page=.

Depending on # of private notices in a stream, "page=3" can have vastly different notices depending on who's looking. "before_id" better.

@eff if you use #https to get data from a trusted place to an untrusted one, it's not really that secure.

https doesn't secure the endpoints, it secures the transit, protecting communication from unauthorized searches.
