I understand, but it also means the carrier can never again update it without replacing the hardware. I don't think they'll go for that.

Correction: SSH/HTTP/HTTPS not blocked (by port number), but XMPP/ICMP blocked on #YTZ #wifi. Ferry was running fine. #Porter

The new terminal for US #Porter flights at #YTZ has free #wifi, but again SSH/XMPP/ICMP blocked. Does 8-16 Mbps down and 2-2.8 up though.
