@p248 If you aren't using the FriendFeed bookmarklet, you are really missing out. Install it, try it, and you'll be hooked. :-)

@p248 oh Where could they get help? A couple people were already running Firefox and Open Office, so they were excited about trying Ubuntu
-
@p248 What it was? Was it a better alternative to Windows? How hard was it to install? What platforms would it run on? just to name a few
-
@p248 yeah, you could probably modify python to do that. :D i think the braces make it less readable IMO
-
@p248 i agree with it, keeps the code unified spaced and everything. also makes it a LOT cleaner without braces everywhere.

@p248 Charging seems slower too. I will test it out at my friend's wedding tonight. I like the video camera though, it is worth it.

@p248 I updated about 10 apps in about 30 minutes. Tested the video camera (which may be the culprit). First time I charged 2X in one day.

@p248 bah, i'm using rdiff-backup to do incremental backups every week on my 1 TB external drive. Good enough for me
-
@p248 yeah I was afraid for a while, but with 2.6.29 and good backups, i'm ready to try it
-
