As I said, I'm no lover of !Debian #nonfree. The interesting use is for intra-community license fixes, not full-on proprietary distribution.

@fontana, Did I ever call #Artistic -1.0 proprietary? IMO ∃ a special class of #nonfree wherein license author *meant* it to be !FaiF.
