Rather surprised at how well Xubuntu 9.04 is running on a 7 yr old Dell laptop. I think I'll leave it on.

Installing Xubuntu 9.04 on a Dell StepNote 200N: 2GHz, 512MB, 30GB. Ran well under Linux Mint 7.0. !ubuntu

@jargon Thanks! I was only resending someone's success. I use Inkscape & Gimp, along with other graphics apps native to Linux. :)

@darwinsurvivor Dell=$$ ATi not as bad as Intel graphics for Linux. I'll take the former over latter if I had to take lesser of two evils.
